Who we are
Speakeasy ("we", "us") is the seller of this software. Our address is business address. You can contact us through our Discord.
What Speakeasy is
Speakeasy is Windows software that automates routine tasks in the Roblox game . It reads the game window from your screen and sends ordinary mouse input. It doesn't modify the Roblox client or the game.
Speakeasy is independent. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or the developers of .
Who can buy
You must be 18 or over and the holder of the card or account you pay with. By buying, you confirm both.
Your licence
While your subscription is active, you may use Speakeasy for your own personal use on one PC at a time. You may not:
- share, sell, lend or give away your licence key
- try to get around the licence checks
- redistribute Speakeasy or any modified copy of it
If you change PC, we'll reset your licence on request within reasonable limits.
Price and payment
Speakeasy costs £15 for your first month, then £20 a month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, and you can cancel before then.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time using the link in your purchase email. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
When you buy, you ask us to supply your licence straight away and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your 14-day right to cancel. Payments already made are not refundable except as set out in these terms, in our refund policy, or as required by law.
Ending your access
We may suspend or end your licence immediately, without refund, if you share or resell your key, try to get around the licence system, raise a chargeback for a payment you authorised, or otherwise break these terms.
We may stop offering Speakeasy, or end your subscription, for any other reason. Where we do, we'll give you as much notice as we reasonably can and refund the unused part of any period you've paid for.
Game updates
Speakeasy reads the game's screens, so updates to the game can stop it working. We'll aim to release fixes promptly but can't guarantee a timescale. If Speakeasy is unusable for more than 7 days in a row because of a game change, contact us and we'll extend your subscription by that time or refund it.
Your game account
You're responsible for how you use Speakeasy and for following the rules of Roblox and of . We're not responsible for any action Roblox Corporation or the game's developers take on your account, including warnings, suspensions or bans. Speakeasy never asks for your Roblox password.
Our liability
We supply Speakeasy with reasonable care and skill, and it will match its description on this site. Beyond that, and as far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for losses that weren't foreseeable, for loss of in-game items or currency, or for business losses.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change affects you significantly, we'll email you before it takes effect. If you don't agree, you can cancel.
