Refunds
Last updated 1 October 2026.
Speakeasy is a subscription you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future payments, and you keep access until the end of the month you've paid for. Beyond that, here's when you get money back.
| What happened | What you get |
|---|---|
| You can't get Speakeasy working on your PC, and you tell us within 14 days of your first payment | A full refund of that payment, once we've tried to help |
| A game update stops Speakeasy working for more than 7 days in a row | That time added to your subscription, or a refund for it |
| We stop offering Speakeasy or end your subscription when you haven't broken our terms | A refund for the unused part of your paid period |
| You were charged twice or charged by mistake | A full refund of the extra charge |
| You change your mind after your licence has been delivered | No refund. You can cancel to stop future payments. |
| Your licence is ended for breaking our terms, such as sharing your key | No refund |
Asking for a refund
Open a support ticket on our Discord with the email address you bought with and a short note of what's wrong. We reply within 3 working days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show up within 5 to 10 working days.
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. A chargeback ends your licence straight away under our terms, and we can almost always sort things out faster directly.
None of this affects your statutory rights.
