What we collect and why

Speakeasy reads your screen to work, but screen captures stay on your PC. It doesn't send us your game data, and it never asks for your Roblox password.
Who handles it for us
We use these providers to run Speakeasy. They only use your data to provide their service to us.
- KeyAuth for licence checks
- Cloudflare to host this website and the download
- Google Fonts, which serves this site's fonts and so receives your IP address when you visit
Tickets and support happen on Discord, so Discord's own privacy policy applies to what you share there.
Some of these providers process data in other countries. Where they do, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under data protection law.
We never sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Purchase records (usernames, plan and key): while your key is valid, and for 12 months after.
- Licence data: while your key is valid, and for 12 months after it ends.
- Support messages and files: 2 years.
Cookies
This website doesn't use cookies or tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can also object to our using it based on legitimate interests. Ask through our Discord and we'll respond within one month. Deleting your data ends any active licence, because the licence needs it to work.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live. We'd appreciate the chance to sort it out first.
Age
Speakeasy is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we'll update the date at the top and post about it on our Discord.
